Michael Schwarz
Prior to founding Improove Michael Schwarz worked as a Search Quality associate at Google, responsible for search engine results in German-speaking countries (Germany, Austria, Switzerland). His in-depth knowledge of Google search as well as several years of experience were decisive for the formation of Improove.
Born in Graz, Austria, Michael completed his MBA with an emphasis on International Marketing at University of Vienna and New York University. In addition to his studies, he completed internships at Sinamania in China and Turkey. Michael also worked as an Online Content Manager for KroneHit.

Jürgen Rous
Jürgen Rous is a co-founder and CEO of Improove. Prior to founding Improove Juergen worked as a PR consultant at hofherr communikation and as a speaker of the health minister, Dr. Andrea Kdolsky in Vienna, Austria. The PR specialist leverages his PR experience for the design of Linkbait strategies and Online-PR.
Jürgen earned his degree in Business Administration at University of Vienna with honors. Currently, he completes a training to become a Communications Master of Science for Public Relations and Integrated Communications. His master thesis focus on "search engine marketing as part of online marketing by means of chosen websites in Europe".

Laura Simon
PLaura Simon is the Improove specialist for AdWords and Social Media. Prior to joining Improove Laura worked for three years as a Media Sales Consultant at Google. She managed client accounts such as Carrera eyewear, Microsoft Messenger, and Pioneer.
Laura Simon completed an MBA at ESADE Business School in Barcelona, Spain. During her studies Laura also attended the London School of Economics and Fundacao Getulio Vargas in Sao Paulo, Brazil. This was followed by internships in Washington, DC and Barcelona. A native in Spanish, Laura speaks English, German, Portuguese, French and Catalan fluently.
